Floor space

If you like to order free floor space to build your own exposition only, it will be necessary to order 6 m² minimally.

The exhibitor is obliged to order electricity power 2 kW for indoor floor space minimally (Price of the floor space doesn’t include electrical power). The electricity for outdoor space is not compulsory, but possible.

Surcharges for the special arrangement (corner, head, island) of floor space are mentioned in the pricelist. In case your exposition is higher than 3m, you are obliged to mention it in the application form.

Exhibitors have to send the floor scheme and a general view of exposition to fair organizer before September 6, 2010. Then you will get the instructions for assembly etc.

A construction managed by a stand-holder or his stand-building company is possible on Monday, November 1 and on Tuesday, November 2. The clearance starts immediately after closing the Fair on November 4, from 6 p.m. till 11 p.m.
