MADI HOSTED BUYERS PROGRAM 2009
MADI Hosted Buyer Program is a specially designed program exclusively for invited representatives of companies from abroad engaged in outgoing to the Czech Republic. The main objective is to provide a productive atmosphere for business dealings, consultations and meetings with MADI exhibitors as well as to demonstrate the vast potential of Prague, the Czech Republic and Central Europe as a tourist destination.
The program for foreign buyers is composed of several parts, which MADI can customize to meet the demands and special interest of participants. To qualify for the Hosted Buyer Program, companies must deal with tourism in the Czech Republic and Central Europe and sell products or programs of these countries abroad. We require that buyers participate at least in the introductory seminar, the Buy Czech Republic & Buy Central Europe Workshop, and visit MADI Travel Market fair. Furthermore, hosted buyers can participate in any event of MADI Travel Market, including its satellite workshops or they may join a sightseeing tour of Prague, take part in one- or two-day excursion to regions outside the city, and visit any of several cultural performances during the fair.
PRICE AND CONDITIONS
The MADI Group and its business partners holds the Hosted Buyer Program for representatives of tour operators and travel agencies organizing tourism in the Czech Republic and Central Europe.

The hotel accommodation for a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 nights incl. breakfast in hotel Olympik Tristar (

One way transfer from the airport to the hotel (return transfer from the hotel to the airport is NOT organized, for this arrangement please contact hotel reception).
Participation in all events stated in the Hosted Buyer Program detailed itinerary (the seminar, including coffee break and lunch, the guided tour, the excursions, the entrance to the MADI Travel Market fair and any accompanying program, the cultural performances, and the MADI Travel Market Catalog).
The number of participants from one company is limited on a maximum of 2 persons.
Airfare is not included in the cover fee.
As the official carrier, Czech Airlines (CSA) offers for MADI TRAVEL MARKET 2009 attendees a discount on tickets: 15% in Economy Class and 25% in Business Class.
