Spedition
If you arrange a transportation of your leaflets, catalogues and other material by the forwarding service (cargo), use international forwarding companies (like Danzas, Schenker etc.) or Spedition Beck operating in the PVA venue.
Send your parcel few days before the fair (November 1 and November 2) to the address of Fairground PVA Letňany, Beranových 667, 199 00 Praha 9 - Letňany, Czech Republic. Mark your parcel with words “MADI Travel Market 2010”. All the forwarded material has to be cleared by the customs properly, of course.
Do not send parcels by a normal post in order to avoid your possible time consuming paperwork with a clearing procedure at the post office and the customs.
